Meet Our Team
Don has been providing professional real estate and property management services for more than 25 years. Don is exceptional in the business due to the honest and trustworthy relationships he creates with his clients. He is a member of the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors as well as an active member of the Los Gatos Lions Club.
In addition, he enjoys playing golf on Sundays and spending time with his family and friends here in Los Gatos.

Paula was born and raised in Los Gatos. She has a history in sales and marketing, and has been in the accounting department at DWM Properties Inc. since its start. She is extremely active in the tennis community and enjoys walking her dog in downtown Los Gatos.
Real estate has been a part of her life for as long as she can remember. After graduating college in 2012, Sammi joined her father and grandmother in the industry, becoming the third generation of realtors in the family. She has been working as the Marketing Manager at DWM Properties Inc. since 2012. She loves being apart of the journey of helping people find the home of their dreams.
She enjoys spending time riding her horse, surfing, playing soccer, and traveling to learn about other countries and cultures.

Cecily was born in the Bay Area and grew up in Los Gatos. She has worked in the equine industry since she graduated from Cal Poly but has decided to pursue a career in property management and real estate.
She enjoys horseback riding, hiking, and spending time with her friends and family.

Rita comes to the DWM team with over nine years of experience in real estate and relocation services, with a reputation for her high-level customer care. She began her career as an interior designer, practicing in commercial and residential architecture and design. Passionate about helping her clients envision and create a perfect space, her move to real estate was a natural fit. She prides herself on being an advocate dedicated to providing the service and expertise necessary to helping people find their ideal home. She is a third generation Bay Area native and San Jose State graduate.

A proud San Jose native, Katelyn brings a dynamic background in customer service, marketing, and event management to the DWM Properties team. Driven by a genuine passion for real estate and helping others, she supports clients, tenants, and homeowners with professionalism and a warm, welcoming presence. Outside of work, she loves exploring new places, treasure-hunting for unique finds, and diving into creative projects and design inspiration. Katelyn is excited to continue growing in the real estate field and to contribute her enthusiasm, creativity, and commitment to the DWM Properties mission.
Eric has had several roles within DWM Properties. He began as one of our onsite resident managers, later pivoted into our office manager, and is now one of our licensed property managers. He always portrays extensive customer service skills along with a desire to go above and beyond with everything he does.
Eric is a proud Bay Area native. He is also a professional DJ who has played music internationally, and been fine tuning his craft since 1990.

Holding an MBA and backed by 30 years of high-level sales and client advocacy experience, he brings a sharp, analytical approach to real estate and property management. Michael combines precise pricing analysis, creative marketing, and deep local market expertise to maximize asset value and deliver seamless, world-class oversight for property owners and luxury estates.
Known for his meticulous attention to detail and strong negotiation skills, Michael’s commitment to service was shaped by one of the most profound experiences of his life—volunteering with the FDNY in body recovery efforts at Ground Zero. That standard of dedication, integrity, and composure under pressure drives everything he does for his clients today.
Outside of real estate, Michael treasures spending time with, advocating for, and supporting his special needs daughter.
