Ice Cubes

It won't be a pretty sound, but tossing ice cubes into the garbage disposal helps break up grease and keep it clean. Every few weeks, toss in a handful of cubes, turn on the disposal and run cold water. Add some small orange, lemon or lime peels to ward off odors.

  3. Credit Report: (Chances are many management companies will run their own credit report but if you have your own from the past include that.)

  4. Complete Application: (Completed application requested by management)

  5. PaPay Stubs: (Your two most recent months of paycheck stubs for proof of income)

This not only will help the managers and the owners make a decision, but it will also expedite the application process if you have everything ready at the time you submit your application.
